What Svava needs

Clear source material, defined access.

Svava needs a customer perspective, the material you want to explore and a question to work on. It is a focused environment for customer understanding.

Svava needs

Source material to reason with.

  • A defined customer perspective
  • Material you want to understand or test
  • A concrete question to work on
Svava does not need

Open access.

  • Fetch information from the web
  • Replace your CRM, marketing automation or analytics tools
  • Replace real customer conversations
Where data is stored

A defined place for data.

Svava uses a defined environment where you can review data points in the source material that have been linked to an answer.

Customer data is stored on a dedicated server within the EU. Enterprise LLMs do not train on your data. Your data is used as source material for your profiles. Nothing is shared between customers.

Access control

You control access.

Access is controlled by user, project and app.

Your administrators control who sees what. Permissions follow the work in projects and apps.

The closed system

Review the source material behind the answer.

The agents do not search for new sources on the web during profile conversations. The traceability report shows data points in the source material that have been linked to an answer.

The closed system defines the supplied source material. Read more in the closed-system section on the Platform page.

Mosaic and InsightOne

A licensed foundation.

Mosaic is a licensed data foundation from InsightOne. It is used as part of the source material when relevant to the question.

The Mosaic foundation and your own data layers are identified separately in the description of source material linked to an answer.
